The Resilience Season

Our flagship eight-week programme. Weekly one-to-one or small-group sessions building a daily resilience ritual from breathwork, reflective journaling and cognitive reframing. Reviewed against your own plain markers.

Focused, unhurried fifty-minute sessions with the same practitioner throughout. For when you want to work on a specific pattern, a returning emotion, or a season of life that has knocked you off centre.

Small standing groups of six who meet to practise noticing, name what they find, and reflect in safe company. Facilitated breathwork and structured prompts, never a confessional free-for-all.

A four-week guided journaling course for people who think best on the page. Weekly prompts drawn from narrative practice and gratitude research, with gentle feedback from a practitioner between sessions.

    A free, unhurried call to understand where you are and whether we are the right fit. No assessment, no pressure.

    Shared plan

    Together we choose a practice and agree the plain markers we will watch, so progress is something you can feel.

    Weekly practice

    Short, repeatable rituals between sessions. We review every few weeks and adjust without drama.

    Handover

    You leave with a daily ritual that needs no studio. We stay reachable if a new season ever calls.
